Wilder Women

Join us for some light meditation, bush-craft and seasonal activities. Allow yourself to step away from everyday pressures, sink into the woodland, slow down and let go.

 

Women have been coming together in circle for thousands of years to support and empower each other. The power of our collective energy is amazing. The monthly wellness days can be a one off event, however we will be building on the content of the circle throughout the year. We are creating a unique and shared experience exploring the delights & wonders of nature.

 

All you need to bring is yourself as you are (and maybe a journal if you want to jot anything down), your favourite snacks and some water. Please wear the appropriate clothing. We always provide snacks and usually a cooked meal towards the end of the session but this will be confirmed when you book.

 

We have plenty shelter and a bell tent to look after us if the weather is wet and/or cold. We only cancel in stormy weather. Being out, no matter what the weather is part of reconnecting us to our wilder selves!
